As we prepare for our next growth phase, it has become necessary to renew our commitment to our philosophy as an organisation and reconstitute our leadership to ensure that the team we have is not only aligned with the philosophy but reflects our commitment to diversity and empowerment. As we grow and develop the team, we have absolute confidence that our interim leadership structure will competently steer the ship with commitment and distinction. As a direct result of the leadership build phase we are in, two of our Group Executive Committee members currently have dual roles in the interim.
